I did absolutely nothing but watch sports on television. I should have bet on all the games that I watched today because each team that I wanted to win won. I actually had a great time hanging out with Carlo down in Baldwin City watching sports on his big screen tv. Some recaps:

Basketball games:

Depaul beat Missouri

Utah defeated Texas

And our beloved Kansas beat a good Tulsa team.

Football games:

Iowa beat Texas Tech

Syracuse held Kansas State to zero Wildcat touchdowns and won

(NFL): Tampa Bay beat Baltimore (I bet Keegan is happy)

I wanted all of those teams to win today and they won. And just think...I wanted every Big 12 team above besides Kansas to lose. However, who can like Missouri, Texas Tech, Texas, or the stupid Wildcats from Kansas State? I could care less if they win.

Only damper on my day was that Madeleine called while I was gone and I wasn't able to tell her the good news about my academics. I'll talk to her tomorrow though hopefully.

This has easily been the most relaxing day I have had this winter break.
