Yeah, I know I used to hate it, but now it's a lot of fun. "Gee I wonder why?" you might ask cynically...

It was Madeleine's birthday yesterday so I got her a lot of presents. I can now tell you what they were because she has them now. I bought her a cd carrying case, 10 sharpie pens in assorted colors, a Bob Dylan cd, and ready whip. Thats right, ready whip. She wanted it really badly, but I wouldn't let her buy it! But now she has it which makes her happy. It's all about making her happy :) Guess what though, I didn't buy her flowers of chocolate. I did it because I thought that was too generic. I probably should have thought. Oh well, she told me not to worry.

Hey, I just finished off my skittles! Time to buy more!!

Madeleine bought me presents too! She got me exactly what I needed. Cough drops, 3 really cool pens that write really easily, a sumo pencil, more skittles, a sand pail that I'm going to put my pencils in, and Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon AND Wish You Were Here. All these things I really needed or was about to buy and she got them for me. She really is awesome and I love her a lot.

I wish I wasn't so poor. I'm going to get a job over spring break to make some extra money, but I need certain hours so that is going to be tough to find work to fill in the time I need. WOW that was a major run on. Anyway, I think I still have about $325 or so. Not so bad I guess. I'll find a way to make it last. Hey, at least I didn't get an $87 ticket for running a red light. Then I would be worried.

Valentines day was really good :) To all of you who hate this holiday, I say this to you:

Life is more than love.

And boy did I have to learn that the hard way. Well, I suppose many of us do.
