I guess I need a break from everything school and roommate related though, but I already miss Madeleine. It's already 2 days and I miss her. We had not been seeing each other during the week (only on the weekends) so I thought I would be more prepared, but I guess I'm not. My mom told me that my phone bill was over $30 for calling her over the winter break. Damn, I didn't know that I talked that long.

Roommate news: Steve is going to Georgia after all, but he's riding with 2 girls in some car. I don't really know what he's doing there, but I don't think that I would be far off in guessing that he's attending some illegal drug convention or some Woodstock Revisited festival. Jeff went back to Tulsa to drive his mom's new Audi. Spider said that he's going to St Louis for awhile and then will go to Ohio and see his girlfriend at college. He said that he was really looking forward to it. Good for him...at least he won't be spending any time here with my family like he did over Thanksgiving break (refer to previous entries).

Tomorrow I am planning to cut my "beautiful golden hair" (Madeleine), do some badly needed exercise (probably swimming), and probably go out and find me a job for this summer (look around for help wanted signs and take notes, go to KU housing dept). I have already done a lot of my homework so far in these first two days of the break. Hopefully I'll be able to have some fun later on in the week because that is what Spring Break is all about. If I don't get in some fun really soon, I could be wishing to go back to school. I think the point is that I need Madeleine.
