I just went to my first two classes and I like the professors a lot. The first one is intl politics and she was really cool. Encouraged us to stay on top of the news every day. By the way she explained the class layout, I think it'll be pretty interesting and fun. The other class was economics and it looks much easier than I thought it was going to be already. This is the first semester where I have a lot of classes that all seem to fit together. They're all things that I am interested and do really well in, so I think that I'll have fun and learn a lot. I'm glad to be back.

As far as marching band, I'm really glad to be back there too. I went to my first practice yesterday and it was just like normal. I just jumped right back in like I had been there all along. We have five freshmen this year on the drumline and I'm already pretty impressed with them. It's already looking like a really solid group. I'm glad to be filling in the gaps in the bass line. I think it will eventually be pretty good. Yeah, I will be busy, but I will also be motivated and on top of things this semester. I now feel like I'm really getting the most out of it.

Well, now I have to go wait around for awhile for Madeleine to get done. Maybe I should go buy my books.

I hope that I'll be able to update enough now that I'm busy all the time, but I'll do my best to stay on top of this too. It's good to be back in college though.
