2002-11-05 @ 7:56 pm So, I had my observation of first graders today and boy are they a handful! They wanted to know why we were there and wanted us to participate in their activities. Eventually we did and that was kind of fun. The instructor was pretty cool and very nice to us. She pretty much answered all the questions we needed, so hopefully my paper on this will be pretty good. Well, thats one thing that I'll have to do this weekend. After that I gathered all of my information about my talk in politics for tomorrow. I'm talking about Argentina's major debt problems and their ongoing settlement difficulties with the IMF. Pretty interesting and sad at the same time. It should go well. After that I have my second history test, which I've just started studying for, but I should be ready by the time I take the test tomorrow. I'm good at memorizing. This weekend the KU football team lost 64-0 to Kansas State. That night I went to a trumpet party hosted by Big Tony and got the most drunk in my life. I had seven shots and seven beers. Madeleine came and picked me up and took me to her place where I threw up on her futon. I still feel incredibly horrible for that. Poor Madeleine took care of me that night and on Sunday as I didn't come back home until 5 pm. To make matters worse, my parents found out what happened, but they're just concerned and not mad about it. My dad himself said 'like it's never happened to me.' Stuff like that definitely makes me feel better. I have really long hair now. I'm also growing a beard. Even my finger nails are long... I'm tired but I'm still going to study for my history test and then go to my 10 pm bass drum sectional. Not really looking forward to that, but oh well. I suppose I should go now...
