Although it's a little sad to be done, I've gotten off to a good start having fun this break. Yesterday I went shopping with my mom and we went to a bunch of places and had a great time together. We went to the bookstore where I cashed in my Geography book and bought 4 (out of 11) books for my sports literature class that I'm taking next semester. Then I went out with Jason and his friends and found that Orbital CD that I wanted (In-Sides) at the Love Garden for only $10. That was awesome because I couldn't even find it new anywhere else. Plus it was the only orbital cd they had there. I think it was just meant to be.

So yeah, Madeleine is gone. But I get to go up and see her on the 7th of January and plan to stay there 2 days instead of just one. I'm looking forward to it, but I also know that after this we're not going to see each other for about 5 months...so it will be sad, but we'll definitely make the most of it ;)

My sister is back though. She's doing well. She really hasn't changed much at all. She's a vegan now though, but she makes really good food. It's good to have her back.

Today I have to clean the house because my dad is having his old medical school buddy and his family over today (which is really short notice because I was just notified about it ten minutes ago). So looks like I have to do some slave labor. But after that I'm going to go pick up Carlo down in Baldwin and bring him up to watch the KU and UCLA game at Jason's. I could get into the game, but I'd rather watch it with my friends instead of going by myself. After that we'll probably go to a party or just chill at his place (depends on how with it we are).

And then I guess next week is a bunch of activities with relatives. On Monday we're going over to my aunt's house in KC and my mom is making pizza or something, Christmas day we're going to my grandma's house, and the 27th we're going down to my grandpa's. We don't usually spend this much time with relatives, but this year will be an exception I guess.

Well, I guess I'll use this last paragraph to say happy holidays to everyone who reads this. Make sure you party a lot and rest up because school is just less than a month away.
