I guess you could say I'm too busy to write anything in here. I'm having a great time here at Pearson! When I lived in the dorms the past 2 years, I always wanted to go home. But there's so much closeness here and this really feels like a home like environment. Just a lot of good guys here and it's fun to have some freedom from home now. I think I'm finally ready for that.

I saw Tosca with my mom last night. It was very good...I had trouble seeing the subtitles that were shown at the top of the stage, but I understood the plot anyway. The music was great. A great opera.

I got to talk with Madeleine yesterday afternoon. Being seven time zones away makes it difficult to communicate, but I'm lucky to have morning classes to talk with her during the week. This weekend she's going to Venice. You can check out her new blog, maddyineurope.blogspot.com for more details. I think she'll try to update when she can. We miss each other very much, but we're determined to make it through. One of the best parts about us is that when we say something or have a goal, we stick to it. We're headed towards our 16th month together! It's hard to believe. Harder to believe that this diary's lasted longer.

In my free time I've been playing intramural basketball for Pearson. We won our first game 40-31, but I only chipped in 2 points. I'm hoping to go to Robinson today to work more on my game this afternoon. I went with a guy yesterday and still played badly, but I'm steadily improving my game.

Well thats about it. My current favorite bad is Widespread Panic. The Who went down a couple of spots since Pete Townsend's conspiracy to being a pediphile. No offense, I just don't want to get made fun of. Plus I'm a fan of WP! A huge fan now! I think I got Madeleine moderately hooked on them. I burned her a cd of my favorite songs from them and gave it to her (among other presents of course) for christmas. She only took 8 cds with her on the trip to France/Italy (something she regretts) but the WP cd was one of them! I'm so proud!

My brother called me last night and told me that Dave Chapelle is coming to the Uptown on March 30. We're going to go. Also, WIDESPREAD PANIC IS COMING ON MAY 6th and 7th!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah, we'll be there for that too.

Ok, that's it. I'm planning on hanging out with my friends Jason and Carlo (havent's seen him in forever) tonight. Tomorrow I'm camping out with Jenny and Laura at Allen Fieldhouse in preparation for the MIZZOU game on Monday and then we're partying at Jose's I think. Another fun weekend ahead!
