I went to a party with Jose last night. We were told about it by Jenny...it was at Jefferson Commons, so we already didn't expect it to be great. Jefferson Commons is an apartment complex for future and look like greek people. They all look the same. This was very evident last night as we entered the cramped room where the 'party' was at. It really wasn't a party, but a gathering of many drunk future and wannabe frat guys that all look alike. They were in luck because at the time Jose and I walked in, about 10 freshmen girls including Jenny and Laura came in too. Jose and I looked at each other and laughed out loud at the massive amounts of frat look alikes cramped into this room. Jenny and Laura went straight to the keg of Bud Light (topical frat beer, also the worst beer in the world). Actually, they just went to the guys and avoided us, their only real friends in the entire room. Jose and I just left about 15 minutes later...we had better things to do than look at the comerical plastic bullshit. It was making my blood pressure rise. We didn't even bother saying goodbye.

So I hope Jenny got some ass. She's been talking about it. She had a lot to choose from and with them all looking alike, she couldn't miss. That is if you're attracted to that shit. I didn't know. I'm not mad because I think they can do better. I'm mad because they chose those people over their friends. I'm beginning to think they just want to be around us because we're men and they're attracted to that (and by all means they should). But not because we're friends...which was why I liked hanging out with them. I don't really like hanging out with those girls anymore. And I got that impression after going to the Ozarks with them. I still think Scott and Colin are cool freshmen that I've met this year, and I have to put Jenny and Laura in that group too, but right now I just wonder if they really think I'm a friend to them. And it's mostly Jenny I'm frustrated with. Laura's just a follower. Jenny's more the ring leader. Ah, I'll get over this. Last night just made me annoyed, and things like this with them are occuring more often now. So this makes me question my friendship with them. Thats all.

Earlier last night I went to a retro party at Sellards (a woman's scholarship hall...like miller). It was boring, but I did meet a few people. Hanging out with the Pearson guys is always great too.

Then I watched Hoosiers and some other movie some guy had. It was good to prepare for the final four games today. Go KU!!

As I was writing this, Madeleine called me! It was so great to talk with her. I was crying at the end...but she's calling tomorrow too. She gets to watch the game tonight for sure now. The bar they're going to got their liscense to show the game (which begins at 2 am their time).

Well, I'm going home to say hello to my folks. Then off to watch KU and marquette in the final four. I have a feeling that the Jayhawks will win this one.
